Why ESSAX Ltd. was born
ESSAX Ltd, Malta was founded in 2004 as a replacement in succession for the company IDS in Austria. The owner of ESSAX Ltd is the holding company ZIH Company Ltd.
IDS was founded in 1996 as a small company specialising in and focusing on Unix system development and support.
The customers of IDS were smaller companies in the adjacency. Also projects with customised hardware was developed by IDS.
In the middle of 1999 IDS started a partnership with EDV-Consult in Austria. ESSAX Ltd. took over the inheritance of the partnership.
Our holding company was a joint founder of the company Solve IT Operations Datenverarbeitungs GmbH in Austria in 2004 to upgrade the success of the so called "United Companies Enterprise".
